What is the Purpose of Life?

Have you ever asked yourself, Why do I exist? Why am I here on this earth? What for? What is the purpose of my life? These are very sensible questions, and there are simple answers to them. The reason why you are here is because God put you here, and he put you here for a test, whether you will obey God or do your own will. He has given you free will to choose. Adam and Eve had the same test in the Garden of Eden, and they chose the knowledge of Good and evil, rather that the knowledge of God.

It made them sinners and they were driven out of God's presence. What have you chosen in your life dear reader; the knowledge of God through the bible? Or have you let your mind be filled with the knowledge of good and evil through the world's media? The truth is we have all been corrupted and gone away from God.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

Our sin has determined our future: "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after that the judgement." (Hebrews 9:27) "And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." (Revelation 20:15). The good news is that God has made a way out for every one of us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved." (Acts 16:31). You need to be born again by the spirit of God, and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and

Saviour so that you can obtain the forgiveness of your sins, otherwise you will be condemned on the day of judgement. Make the right choice today. God has given you this golden opportunity, so please take it.

"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins," (Acts 2:38).

Jesus said, "He who comes to me I will certainly not cast out." (John 6:37)
